• Booking Spa Appointments and Cancellation Policies
Advanced bookings are highly recommended to ensure you’re preferred time and treatment is available and to avoid any frustration. Reservations can be made in person during the spa’s business hours or via a phone call to the respective Kai Thai Spa branch in Pretoria.
Payment in advance is required to secure the booking
Cancellations will be allowed 24 hours prior to the treatments
No refunds will refunded or the bookings be extended to a later time if cancellations are notified within the 24 hours of the treatment
• Online Voucher Policy
1. Online vouchers purchased from www.kaithaispa.co.za are valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase.
The voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.
2. The voucher cannot be reissued or claimed back if lost or stolen.
3. Original voucher must to be presented when redemption for massage.
4. The voucher can only be used once and is not redeemable for cash or
5. Online vouchers can be used at any time for treatments (not products) at
the Kai Thai Spa in Pretoria. To book please call us at Erasmia on:

6. A 48 hour notice period is required for cancellation and rescheduling.
7. Should cancellation / rescheduling not be made in time the full treatment
fee will apply and the online voucher will be redeemed.
8. Once an online voucher has been purchased, no refunds will be issued.
• Group Reservations:
Please contact the Spa Manager if you need to arrange a booking for a party of four or more. A credit card guarantee and a cancellation period of 48 hours will apply to bookings of this type.
We recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment so that you have time to fill-in your client form and allow the spa’s staff to discuss your treatment and expectations with you and give you an orientation of the facilities.
NB: Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time will be limited as a courtesy to other guests. You will not receive an extension past the scheduled time of your treatments.
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, please give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your treatment dates. This gives us time to fill that space.
All of the spa’s equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every treatment.
• Your health and well-being is incredibly important to us:
To get the most out of your treatment, when you make your appointment, please remember to mention any special requests. Also, during your treatment, remember to tell the therapists about any specific requests, such as the amount of pressure you prefer during your massage, or medical conditions, including injuries, pains, allergies and conditions resulting from surgery etc. that you may have.
If you are pregnant, please inform our team immediately . We regret for medical reasons, no treatments are performed on guests that are pregnant.
• Loss Or Damage:
We apologize, but the spa cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
Please note : Smoking is not permitted and will not be accepted inside the spa’s premises.
• Mobile Phones:
As a courtesy to other guests of the spa and to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, turn off any mobile phones or make sure they are to silent mode during your time in the spa.
The spa’s treatment were analysed by our team to ensure quality muscle relaxation.
All of the spa’s therapists have been trained by our team to ensure that they are able to identify any skin or muscle problems and recommend the most suitable action to take.
